Customer Service was the best I had with and any transport broker. After being burned with another Transport broker, I was very wary of any transport business. But, Amerfreight was accurate and always returned my calls and gave me the best information available in a industry where there appears to be alot of uncertain aspects. I would definately use Amerifreight again for any transporting needs, and in fact would not even consider using any other transport broker.
