Phone response, communication, availability of the Amerifrieght staff for questions/explanations, email quote and email communication after deciding to use them etc was excellent. Provided complete information about the carrier they found for us, including specific names if needed to contact. Price was similar to other quotes we received but their customer service during quote phase was superior. No damage to vehicle. Carrier delivered car to street address. They were recommended to us by our local car dealership.
