The Amerifreight rep (Jorge Cruz) kept in touch with us each step of the way to let us know what was going to happen next. This was very helpful. The mover was on time - calling when he was almost at the pick-up point. It all ran like clockwork. So much so that we were in our new location 5 days later less than 1 hr. when the mover called to say that he was 10 min. away. Couldn't believe that one. From start to finish it ran like a well oiled process. Would gladly use Amerifreight again. Am grateful for their competence, procedures and that they have people who simply get things done.
