I went with express rate because I had time sensitive moving plan. My agent called me on 8/6/12 that the truck driver would pick up my car on 8/8/12. But I got another call that the truck driver would pick up my car on that day(8/6/12). Since my available date was began from 8/6/12, it was pretty earlier than I expected but that was better than I planned so no problem with that. It took a week to deliever a car and this was sort of longer than I expected. But overall I was satisfied with this delievery.
