Not only have I done my research, through reviews and the BBB ratings, I've also shipped my car cross-country before. It was a good experience, but my decision to try out AmeriFreight made for an EXCELLENT experience. You so often hear/read these horror stories (ie. the vehicle was picked up 10 days after the promised date...) - and timeliness was something I was concerned about this time around, as I was flying out of the state on a given day - but AmeriFreight was above and beyond with timeliness... almost to a fault. They were actually able to pick up my vehicle the day following my order! Ultimately, I told them I had to have my car for the following week, and they completely adjusted their schedule to fit my own. The guys who picked up the car were efficient, trustworthy (and dare I say attractive...with humor). They let me fill my trunk with hardback books, and squeeze some lighter items into my backseat...a tremendous bonus when it came to less boxing on my end. They checked my car thoroughly for scratches and imperfections; and even offered advice about fixing my windshield which had a stress crack. In short, the truck almost beat me to Florida. My car was delivered so quickly, and because they were nervous about all the trees in my area, they drove my car to my house. I was astonished! Calm your nerves and go with AmeriFreight, honest. Everything pertaining to the shipment went without a hitch.
