I purchased a classic vehicle through Craigs list that I needed to transport to California. Scott m agent was straightforward with me from the start and was quite courteous. He explained the process clearly and arranged for my vehicle to be picked up as soon as a truck was available. Throughout the process, the communication was adequate via e mail and phone. The driver called me in advance to schedule delivery and he arrived at a convenient time that did not interfere with my work schedule. The vehicle was apparently handled with utmost care.
