My experience with Amerifreight was not satisfactory. It was not clear to me when selecting them that they did not accept responsibility for getting the vehicle to the destination in the time and at the final cost discussed. And just in case I didn't get that from the experience, the instructions for reviewing their performance made it crystal clear. Although my service person was very nice and tried to help, either he was not effectively conveying information to the carrier OR the carrier was not agreeing to those instructions OR the carrier agreed and subsequently chose to do something different. There is no way for me to know why things got screwed up. The car ultimately arrived but the handoff was unpleaseant. In the end, the car was late and the carrier refused to provide the $100 discount that Amerifrieght told me they had agreed to. Fool me once, shame on you....
