I worked with Jorge who gave me a good explanation of the transport process. I initially chose the economy rate and when I did not hear back for 2 weeks, I called Jorge. He let me know that there was no interest yet, no one willing to transport, however in talking with him I also learned that my pickup point was incorrectly posted on the board listing (what the truckers see), even though my written contract had it listed correctly. The incorrect posting was a smaller town in a different state, and so may have delayed pickup. Several days later, Jorge called me back and said that someone could pickup, but for a higher price, $150 more, and I went with that. The car was picked up a day later than originally stated (many back and forth phone calls with the dispatcher late at night until deciding to do pickup the next morning), but was delivered early, 4 days later, in good condition, cross country from Maryland to California.
