I was about to sign with another company when I read their reviews and cancelled immediately. Went back on-line and discovered Amerifreight, read the reviews watched the video and signed on. My customer agent Jorge was great! He returned my calls with answers to my questions and followed up with the transport driver to confirm he was still on schdule.
Final delivery of the car was four hours late due to a "low overpass" which prevented the truck from passing beneath. Both Jorge as well as the driver of the transport company, Roman, called me to let me know that he was behind schedule but would eventually get to the drop off point. He did, the car was in great shape and everything took roughly 20 mins from his arrival to me driving off with my car. Great service from everyone involved!
