Added quote twice to find a driver, but in a very prompt way. Agent Bob actively helped in the course. The driver is responsible. There was little scratch under the rear bump when the car was loaded onto the truck, but they get it fixed before it was delivered. The delivery was on time and overall a satisfactory experience.
