It is unfortunate that our customer was not happy with our services. We did all as promised according to our contact with the customer. Broker fees are paid seperate to the carriers fee upon delivery. That is standard in the industry. As we were unable to locate a carrier for this customer in the required time period we refunded the deposit in full. We try to get cheaper rates for customers even if it takes longer. We have a refund policy and the funds were paid back to the customer accordingly. We have never had any customer not receiving a refund that was due.
Again we are always disappointed that we failed to deliver as promised to any of our customers. Fortunately that happens less than 1% of the time for all our shipments.
