I was trying to transport my daughter's car from El Paso TX to Burlington VT. I had made arrangements with another company to transport the car a month before we were leaving. TWO days before we were leaving to fly out to Vermont, that company had still not found transport for the car (although they kept reassuring me they would and to stop worrying). At that time I contacted Jeff from AmeriFreight. He was straight up with me about the difficulty of the route (a question I had asked the first company about but was told it was not problem). Due to the lateness of the request the cost was higher ($1,645), but I was just glad to find someone who could get the job done. He had a carrier for me within an hour who could pick up the car the NEXT DAY!!! The carrier called me an hour later with a pick up time. The next day they were there at exactly the time they said they would be there. My daughter's car arrived safe and sound two days before the estimated delivery time (it took 9 days). I cannot thank Jeff enough for his kindness and understanding with my stress. In an hour he was able to accomplish what the first company could not do in a month. Jeff you are my hero!
