IT IS OUR GOAL TO EXPLAIN POSSIBLE REASONS WHY WE WERE UNABLE TO PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL 5 STAR SERVICE AND HOW WE WILL TAKE POSSIBLE ACTIONS TO PREVENT THIS FROM OCCURRING AGAIN. It is regrettable that this customer was not altogether happy with our services. We know the process can become very frustrating and is often totally misunderstood. Our goal is to always be upfront and explain the whole quote and transportation procedure as best we can. AmeriFreight did all we could to get the vehicle dispatched at the lowest possible rate. We do not try to convince customers to accept an order from us by offering unreasonable rates. The economy saver rates we offer are designed as a standby rate and although many vehicles ship at that rate, we are quite explicit about the fact that they may have to add more money to the order to have the vehicle moved, or upgrade to a higher rate if they are pressed for time. The market is often quite unpredictable. The way shipping rates are calculated are by statistical data and current conditions. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused our customer and we will work harder to try to be more on target with current pricing estimates. Fortunately we seem to be very successful in our pricing efforts in offering discounted rates at exceptional customer service to the vast majority of our customers.
