Jeff was very helpful in trying to arrange a pick up and delivery to two out of the way locations. His communication was good and we finally arranged a transport point and time, after working on the project from March to May.
Difficult to understand accents of dispatcher and carrier, but they were very polite and helpful. Car delivered in fine condition with help from carrier.
The cost was fairly competitive and within a probable cost to drive the car from Indiana to Washington ourselves.
