I expected that it would take longer than the first seven days and that it would be more expensive than the original qoute. I also expected that is pretty much what happens with most carriers. Once I agreed to the increased price everything went smoothly. Car was picked up the next day and delivered earlier than the expected date. I would use this service again as they kept in touch during the process and the car arrived safe and sound.
