I saw the good reviews of this company from this website and got a quote. The initial price was 895 which was below average. After I confirmed the order, one agent from the broker contacted me and offered me a service on the first day of the available date with 100 dollar raise. He told me I could also wait for the discounted price. But with 995, it was still a decent price, so I agreed. One dispatcher contacted me later and the driver picked up my car on time. The driver was very careful and through and looked like a reliable guy. Then I arrived in California and two days later, I got my car. I didn't see any damage to it. Overall a good experience dealing with this company. The only downside is that it's really not a door-to-door delivery. The pick up site and drop off site can be far from your location. But the driver says he cannot get in. It's understandable. So you need to ask your friend to pick you up. In summary, it's a reliable company. I would use them again.
