While I would definitely use AmeriFreight again, there were a very issues that prevented my from giving them a 5-star rating. Jeff made sure that he was able to get our vintage car (that wasn't operational) transported from Oregon to California. He was communicative while setting up the order and walked me through the entire process. However, once the car was with the driver, it was hard to get information- including an accurate time of arrival of the car in California which was quite inconvenient. For the competitive price that we were charged, I felt that the customer service was solid.
