I recently moved my car from Cincinnati, OH to San Jose, CA. Jeff from AmeriFreight helped me in this move. Jeff was very courteous, knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions and concerns (This was my first move).
Once I was ready for the move:
- Jeff graciously accommodated a change in the pickup address (by 20 miles), No additional charges.
- My car was picked up on the 5th day of the 5 day window (fair enough).
- I was notified 24 hours before the pickup and I was given clear instructions on the doe's and don'ts.
- I was able to get in touch with the pickup driver/Company to get updates.
- The service was door to door (both in OH and CA).
- I got a call the day before delivery with the ETA and the car arrived AS IS.

I had a very pleasant experience and will go back to AmeriFreight.
