Jeff kept me well informed (by phone and email) throughout the entire process. Pricing and charges were very clear, and I felt sure from the first phone call that my car was in good hands. Cross-country transport (New York to California) can be a scary process, but Amerifreight handled the brokerage well.
The actual transporter of my car, Ark Transport, provided equally professional and reassuring service. The driver kept me well-informed, and was prompt thorough about the necessary paperwork.
