Bob Turner was very professional, patient, clear, and responsive without being pushy. The booking process and the transport itself were smooth with no surprises. The assignment of a carrier was pretty quick, and I had only one day wait after the car availability date, which more than compensated the (only) 3 hours advance notice for pick-up by the driver.
