Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the process from beginning to end, patiently addressing all of my concerns and answering any questions I had. He was up front about which shipping rate (as priority is reflected in costs) would be appropriate for my particular order which is a testament to Amerifreight's excellent customer service. At no point did I feel pressured into signing a contract with Amerifrieght. After extensively researching other shipping companies, I felt confident in my decision to give Amerifreight my business and couldn't have been happier with their service. My vehicle was picked up on the first day of availability and delivered cross country with no theft or damage less than a week later. The driver stayed in contact with me multiple times throughout the trip and Jeff followed up with me afterwards to ensure my satisfaction with Amerifreight.
