Great customer service. My wife and son went back to KY from Phoenix for a wedding a couple days before the carrier was supposed to pick up my car. Amerifreight was able to push back my pickup date to keep us from having to purchase a rental car while they were visiting. After setting a second date, the car was picked up on time and delivered on the scheduled day. The carrier's truck broke down and had to get another truck to continue the transport. My car was supposed to be delivered to my door but do to the truck troubles, the carrier asked if I could meet him to pick up my car or if he had permission to drive my car to my house. It was a little unorthodox but the carrier and Amerifreight's customer service were very helpful and able to accommodate my needs. Good experience. Would use again.
