The process was completely described to me and it happened just as stated by the agent, Graham Turner. The car was picked up on time and delivered on time; my son and daughter-in-law were very happy. I plan to use them again to transport another car to my son and daughter-in-law. Great company and great people working as a strong team, with their customer in mind!
