When I first started looking into shipping my son's car, I was amazed at the number of outfits that operate in this business of shipping vehicles. I did not know that there are so many options. As I looked at some of the reviews online, I saw a wide variance in customer satisfaction. There were a lot of horror stories that made me think twice but in the end I chose Amerifreight because there were enough evidence that they were a good outfit. I did my research and that was my conclusion.

My experience with them was better than I expected. The guy I dealt with Graham Turner was clear about how the process worked and it worked exactly how it was explained to me. Pick-up and delivery was on time, communication with everybody I spoke with (driver, dispatcher) was very good. Perhaps it was beginners luck, but I am quite pleased with the whole process.
