I found Amerisource online and was impressed with the reviews. I visited their webiste and found it easy to navigate. I submitted a request for the transport and received a response within hours. Tthe information provided was thorough, but this was my firs ttime involved in transporting an auto so I had several questions.
I called Jasmine Esquilin in cutomer service, she was very pleasant and walked me through the process. She then informed me that she already had someone booked to take the transport and provided the dates. This information was followed up in writing for my reviews. Again, I had a few questions and Jasmine helped me get situated. She checked in to be sure that everything was on track.
I received a call from the driver the evening before delivery. He gave me an arrival window but said he would call back in the am as he was closer to confirm. when we spoke in the morning the arrival window was falling while I had a conference call at work that I could not change. Joe, the driver, said he woudl stop for breakfast and in the end we both were able to meet at the right time. Walked through the process with Joe, the car looked as expected.
Very happy overall with the level of service and fast response from Jasmine and Joe and would use them again.
