we used the service to transport our convertible car from Chicago to San Diego. The pick up was prompt and the car was loaded as mentioned. the delivery was also on time. The driver called us promptly to confirm the time of arrial. The car was in great condition without any damages. We were very happy with the service. We will use again in the future
