I took the economy rate since I wasn't in a hurry to receive the vehicle. When they couldn't find a driver to take the job for the economy rate after a few weeks, they hired a more expensive hauler, so that I'd get the vehicle within the stated time limit. They refunded the difference from my deposit (their fee), so that I could cover the hauler's fee who arrived a day before expected. Now that's excellent business integrity and customer service in my book.
