                        As is evident from our overwhelmingly postive reviews, we try our very best to make our customers' carshippimg experience worry free. It is disappointing to hear when a customer is unhappy with our service. I can understand this customers complaints and accept the responsibilty that we should have selected a carrier that would have treated the customer better and offered better service. Unfortunately we cannot always get it right. We will take this as a lessons learned experience and will consider ways to prevent incidences like this from happening again.
