The person handling our business was very impersonal and only called when she had to and when she wanted me to do this review. Spoke with other people in the company and things seemed to get done better. She advised us that it might take a little time to get our vehicle shipped which i understand we dont live in a very popular state where it might be harder to have vehicle delivered to but i didnt expect to not hear anything for a month at a time. Every time i talked to her she seemed that she didnt care about our business. Finally when we had to raise our price and got the vehicle shipped i was more impressed with the carrier delivering our vehicle they were kind and efficient and always kept us up to date on the status which is more than i can say for the lady handling our order at amerifrieght.
