My driver was excellent. He was prompt and picked up the car when he said he would. He inspected the car and then carefully placed in on the trailer. Although it was only a BMW 3 series, I felt it got the same treatment as it's cousin - the Porsche.
The customer service manager Graham was also very helpful. He emailed and called to make sure everything was scheduled.
I checked them on their web site and saw good reviews so that is the reason I used them. Pricing is essentially all the same, it's the customer service and trust that they will get your car to the destination safely and quickly that makes the difference.
I would definately use them again.
