All in all the experience of shipping our sports car went well, for our first time shipping a car.  I feel as though I was a little taken advantage of costing me an extra $345 in regards to the pick-up window.  I could have very easily gone with the Economy Saver Rate or the Priority Preferred Rate, instead I was convinced to go with the Select Express Rate (2 day pick up window) by my sales person Graham. I had explained that we had at least a week window for the car to be picked up but was convinced that if we went that route the car may arrive to our destination before we did. I understand that the broker company cannot control the drivers that are used or the transit time, however I feel that if I went with the longer pick up window rates it would have been fine if we had just chose the appropriate availability date.   
This was the first time we had shipped a car across the country so for the most part I would say the process went smooth with pick-up, communication from the driver, and drop-off.
