Booked a transport for a vehicle I purchased online at a dealership in Texas to be shipped to Louisiana. The broker to my understanding based of text messages was Jason Brown. Had been communicating with Jason for about a week prior to the booking. On day of booking the transport for the quoted $250, the driver Sammy was unable to do it for that price during the timeframe requested and preferred to ship it on a "better" open trailer since it was a newer vehicle. So he told me his brother could do it that day for $400. After some back and forth debate, I agreed and signed a new contract for $400 with $275 owed at delivery. Sammy's brother arrives with the vehicle at 11pm and requires a Cashapp, Cash or Zelle payment of $300. He had no idea who Sammy was and the broker was not Jason Brown but was Trusharkumar A Patel. The driver insisted the $300 must be paid or I could not get my vehicle. Even with me showing him the contract I had. I paid the driver the $300 and contacted "Jason" today about it. Sure enough Jason is not a Jason but someone who sounds like they would be named Trusharkumar. Stay away from this company!!
