Amazing service, Dave was a savior

I was moving from the Bay Area to Nashville for work. I tried using Direct Auto Transport as I had used them before and it was a horrible experience. They quoted me a very low quote (725), but didn't have any luck getting me my car. After waiting for over two weeks, and constantly asking if there was anything I could do to get my car (including raising the price, which they said wouldn't do anything), I gave up and gave Alpine a call.

Dave was amazing to work with. He explained how the system worked and that DAT had posted my car on various boards for a very low price, meaning that it wasn't likely to get chosen. He said that if I raised the price to 900, it would likely get done. I told him to do so, and he was able to get me a driver confirmed in about 2 hours, with pickup in a few days and delivery in about a week.

I can't give Dave enough praise for how helpful he was. He was honest and straightforward in explaining the process to me. I had no problem paying more money the entire time, I just wanted my car, and he helped make this happen. He was in touch with my by email and text throughout the entire process, making sure everything went well, which was saying a lot since it was the 4th of July weekend.

In the end, I wish I had just gone to Dave right away> I would have gotten my car done and with someone I truly enjoyed working with and someone I can trust. The small amount extra I paid was easily worth the peace of mind that things would work out and they did. Dave even called after delivery to make sure things went well. Thank you so much! I'd recommend Alpine to EVERYONE I know, especially because of Dave's great customer service. Please don't make the same mistake I did by trying to go to bigger, cheaper places. And beware, many of those places compensate you for putting a good review up. Alpine didn't, and I am GLADLY putting a 5 star review for them.
