Dave from Alpine contacted us quite quickly after we requested a quote. The move was a last minute decision, so we knew we had to be flexible somewhere... we gave him a range of a 2-3 days over which we could move the car (and this was only a few days away!) and a reasonable price range. We also asked for an enclosed transport. Dave answered my 5-6 questions from the online quote, took our info and promised to call back soon.

Well, he called back about an hour or so later! He found a great transporter for us, and reassured us that he had all of the insurance information from this person and someone in their office used him regularly. He also came in under his initial estimate on the move by a bit, which was very nice!

Dave was assured me that he was available ANY TIME for phone calls and updates, and it was pretty believable because he set up our move after hours on the first day. The transporter that Dave arranged for was excellent, no-nonsense and very professional. He knew the route well, and he kept us well-apprised of any changes or modifications to the timeline along the way. At the end of the day, the transporter arrived right on time with the car in great shape (enclosed transport!). Dave followed up with us after the move to make sure everything was okay as well, which was really appreciated. I would not hesitate to use Alpine again, especially if I can work with Dave. He really is a gem!
