I was persuaded to try this company to transport a Toyota Landcruiser From Michigan to my home in Tennessee. I contacted them & paid the costs for what was supposed to be a pickup 3 days later. TWO WEEKS LATER, AFTER FOUR DAYS OF TRYING I MANAGED TO TALK TO ALPINE. THEY HAD NOT CONTACTED THE PERSON AT THE PICK UP POINT, EVEN THOUGH THEY CLAIM THEY HAD. THEY FURTHER TOLD ME THEY COULD NOT EVEN ESTIMATE WHEN THEY WOULD MAKE THE PICKUP, AND IF I DIDN'T LIKE THE SERVICE I COULD ASK FOR A REFUND. I DID AND CONTRACTED WITH SHOWTIME AUTO TRANSPORT WHO PICKED THE VEHICLE UP AND DELIVERED IT WITHIN 5 DAYS. I WOULD NOT HIRE ALPINE EVER AGAIN FOR ANY REASON AT ANY TIME. IN MY DEALINGS WITH THEM THEY WERE DISHONEST, DISCOURTEOUS, AND TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WOULD GET BETTER SERVICE TO HIRE SOMEONE THAT TOTALLY DESPISES YOU AND WOULD DO ANYTHING TO CAUSE YOU PROBLEMS, BECAUSE THAT IS HOW THEY TREATED ME. BUT NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY HAVE THAT CHANCE!!!!
