Beware of Alpine auto transporters. They picked up the vehicle in Kentucky 5 hours later than they told the seller the night before. Two days later I get a call from the drivers from IS trucking company who must be a subcontracted for Alpine Auto transporters. They told me the would delivery between 4&5 pm. I received a call at 5 pm telling me they are running late but on its way. I then get a call from the driver from IS trucking LLC at almost p.m. telling me they are in a parking lot 1/4 miles from my house. They said they cant drive into my neighbor hood with such a big truck. I let them know that tractor trailers travel in the neighborhood all the time but they still didn't want to try. I had to walk to the parking lot 1/4 mile away in the dark using my cane (disabled vet). When I got there they unloaded my car and had to do the damage check with a flashlight in the dark. We then tried to start it again and it would not start. They asked if they could leave. I told them not until you get the car into my driveway. At this point they started talking in Russian making me very uncomfortable. They told me to get gas so I had to walk home to get a gas can. Finally around 10pm the car made it to my driveway. I chose Alpine because they charged a little more and figured I would get better service without any headaches. That was not the case. I strongly would recommend another carrier. $772.00 is allot of money for the crappy service I received.
