After submitting my information into the website I was inundated with phone calls to the point of total annoyance. After the second day the calls died down a tad and I decided to take a few more phone calls because I really needed to get the vehicle moved. I was contacted by Jake he was very explicit in how the process worked from pick up to delivery and I was a bit skeptical but due his no pressure approach and meticulous attention to my moving needs but everything went well.
