I booked my car to be transported from Ohio to Ca a month in advance for 1095, then the price went up to 1195. They gave me a 2 day window for pick up. The day was getting closer and I had no call. I called Susan and she reassured me that everything was in order. They increased the price by $500 on the day of my pickup, knowing that my flight was the next day. I had no choice but to be at their mercy and she knew it. Well orchestrated deception! Find another transport company! This industry is very shady so good luck!
