I called on 2 occasions asking for a status on our shipment, never any call backs. Scheduled this with them on Jan 9th and as of Jan 14th nobody from AVT could give us any time frame when the vehicle would even be picked up. I called and spoke to a gentlemen I do not recall his name but after giving him our order # I was put on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on. When I called back I was immediately told to hold by a girl. I was put on hold then for over 15 minutes and then when I finally spoke with her she was extremely rude like she didn't want to be on the phone and started arguing with me, so I ended the conversation immediately by hanging up. The president of our company then called them back and then he was then argued with by somebody there. Unprofessional experience
