This service is totally poor. I have never experienced such poor service before. The pickup and delivery times both were delayed by a couple of days. Also, the drive changed the pickup and delivery place, which grought great inconvenience to me. The reason for the delay is partly due to the big size of the truck. However, the service could have been done much better if your company or your subcontractor had done this in accordance of our agreement.
