If a company has so many of the same complaints and has to respond by blaming everyone else, that company must do bad business. This company should not be allowed to operate. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO SHIP ANYTHING! They don't even ship, they're middlemen. They're shady brokers. Call a reputable independent driver.
