Contracted with them a month prior to shipment. I had given them a no later than pickup date. They never called. I called them the day of pickup and was told they had not scheduled a pickup. Two days after we left they called and wanted to make a pickup and tried to charge us an additional $150. I have requested a return of deposit over 10 days ago and have not received a response. I will pursue this strongly not only with my card company but with BBB and Sec. of State in Florida.
