On 3/20/2017 I contracted with All Terrain transport to deliver a 2008 Toyota Camry Hybrid I had purchased from a seller in West Palm Beach, FL to my home in Marianna, FL. I have previously contracted with other companies on 3 occassions.
All Terrain and it's driver/agents Ellis II Trucking LLC combined to make this instance a simple and most pleasant experience. All Terrain's representative, Alan Jones communicated very well with myself and the dealer from whom I bought the car, explaining every element of our transaction fully. The car was picked up a day earlier than i had expected and delivered the following day, which was likewise sooner than I had expected.
My communication with the Ellis II Trucking driver, who delivered the car was likewise clear, concise and complete, so the delivery was carried out as smoothly as one has a right to expect. I couldn't be happier with my experience and will use All Terrain's service in the future when I require an auto transport.
