I was very pleased how prompt Julian was to contact me after I requested information on transport. Unlike other companies he had a driver lined up for my requested date before asking for a commitment and deposit and within a couple hours of getting my information. He contacted me the day of pickup to let me know the car was on the truck and on its way back east and then contacted me after delivery to be sure I was satisfied with our experience. Julian was prompt, courteous, and very personable. He wanted to be sure I was satisfied with our experience and we are. Thank you Julian for making a stressful situation pleasant.
