He was able to get me assigned a driver within minutes of our phone call. The brokers that I used previously had been searching for weeks without producing any results. Joshua provided me a customer service experience I've never experienced with any other company. He even went to the extent of giving me his personal cell phone number, which on one occasion he answered my phone call as late as 11:30 in the evening. He was as courteous and polite as he would've been if I would've called him during business hours. He went above and beyond to provide a delivery date that matched my scheduled needs. He also gave me all the information I needed of the carrier he assigned. I have their insurance, the carriers cell phone number and the number to the dispatcher. Joshua was very organized and polite, a rare quality in any transport broker. I highly recommend All terrain, especially if Joshua is your broker.
