Ray, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with the carrier. Once we take in a reservation and have all the necessary paperwork, we then proceed to contact carriers. Before we dispatch the order, we call to confirm the dates with the customer. We also provide you with the carriers direct contact information so that you may follow up with them directly. Apparently, the carrier was unable to deliver according to the date given for drop off due to the fact that there where delays on the road. The vehicle was transported safely. Once again, i apologize for not having the vehicle delivered on the date provided by the carrier.
