All States Car Transport is a top notch operation. Marco contacted me almost immediately to assist and educate me on the car transportation industry. I understood that the lowest quote was not the final quote in many situations and lowballing was common with surprizes upon delivery. Marco was very involved in the move and was on top of any problems that arose and quickly rectified a transport issue. The car is extremely low and required a lift gate and the first trucker showed up with a ramp truck. Marco found the proper truck and they arrived on time for the P/U. The trucker is All American Stagecoach LLC. They were very professional and courteous and made it to the East Coast on time. Though no fault of their own, the truck had a mechanical pump failure which took time to remedy. My main concern was the safety and security of my vehicle. I contacted Marco and he was more upset than I and contacted All American Stagecoach to address the problem. Marco thanked me for my patience and understanding and assured me that as soon as the truck was fixed I would take delivery of my vehicle. He told me to call him once the truck arrived and wanted to know if I was satisfied.Everything went as planned with just one unexpected issue and I would whole heartedly would use All States Car Transport as my broker and All American Stagecoach as my trucker.
