I had a rough time with my car transport, but in the end All States supported me as a customer and stood up for the service they provide.
The carrier for this job, NOT All States, was unresponsive, and ultimately delivered my car late. There were some extenuating circumstances, but, the carrier failed to keep me in the loop. I contacted All States and they took over my communication with the carrier, and in the end, my car arrived safely.
After voicing my concerns, All States stood by me and refunded my deposit. Rather than blame the carrier and avoid accountability, they understood my frustration and stood by their commitment. Their attentiveness and honesty rectified what could have been a bad experience.
