We hired this company to delivery a boat from California to Arkansas, and to bring the trade in boat back to California. They said the could do it this round trip. Once the boat was ready to ship to California, they could not find a driver. Then a driver arrived, we asked they he give us 10 minutes to get it ready for transport. Then the driver took off, would not return our calls. Call Jason Roy at All state to state, he stated that maybe the customer got a better deal and left, they can do that. So again waiting on another driver. This one arrives, we explain about the boat coming back, he said no I don.t do that. English was very broken. Again called Jason Roy again, he said no, that will be another driver. We explained to him that these are over $100k boats, we need to make sure then that another driver is waiting to bring back the trade. He said of course, we can do that, no need to worry. Well, as you can imagine that did not happen. I tried to call Jason Roy ( I am sure that is not his real name) but at this point he is not even answering our calls. It took us 2 weeks to find transportation to get the trade in boat to us. All state to State is a joke. Do not trust them. Seems they are just a broker that finds drivers that they do not even know to deliver your items. We will NEVER use them again or recommend them. Beware!!!
