I have worked with Peter for some years, have sent a lot of referrals. And on the scale of one to 10 I would probably say most of the time their service was about a 7 1/2 to 8.
And they have always delivered my high end cars as i said on a scale of one to 10 probably 7 1/2 to 8 through has been problems
on this particular occasion I had $180,000 car shipped to me wish the carrier damaged, transport company did get me the information for the insurance company, now here is where the transport company just totally left me out to dry and I'm quite sure they'll do that to anybody. For 13,000 and something, of which the insurance company paid 10,000 and something and the insured was supposed to pay the deductible of $2500 which they never did I've reached out to Peter at the transport company Danielle the manager owner and all they do is * ** off at this point I had no other options but to put this out in the universe social media to let them know if something happens to your car they will not support you I had to eat $2500 plus shipping cost for my car and all they do is try to pacify me and tell me they will get back to me... and tell me they will get back to me.
And Can you believe that they have the nerve to reach out to me e-mail and ask me do I have any* cars that I need transporter.
Do your research these guys do not stand by their word Daniel and Peter are the worst anybody at that company.
